Return & Refund Policy

At Astous Naturals, we take pride in providing high-quality natural hair care and beauty products. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, please carefully review our Return & Refund Policy before making a purchase.

Returns

Because our products are personal care items, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or tested products.

Returns may only be accepted if:

  • The item was received damaged.

  • The wrong item was sent.

  • The item arrived defective.

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition (subject to approval).

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at astousnaturals@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for review.

Please do not return any products without first contacting us and receiving return approval.

Refund Processing

If a return request is approved, the item must first be returned to Astous Naturals.

Refunds will only be issued after the approved item has been returned, received, and inspected by Astous Naturals.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • Unopened

  • In their original condition and packaging

Unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Astous Naturals reserves the right to deny a refund if the returned item does not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.

Refunds

Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, all sales are generally final.

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • You received a damaged item.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • Your order was not delivered due to an error on our part.

  • An approved return has been received and inspected by Astous Naturals.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on the part of Astous Naturals.

Replacements

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund when inventory is available.

Replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an error made by Astous Naturals, including:

  • Receiving the wrong item

  • Receiving a defective product

  • Receiving a damaged product due to our error

If the return is approved due to an error on our part, we may provide a replacement or cover return shipping costs at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Astous Naturals is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet entered processing.

Once an order has been processed, packaged, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

To request a cancellation, please contact astousnaturals@gmail.com as soon as possible after placing your order.

Allergic Reactions & Product Sensitivities

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists before purchasing and using our products.

Because each individual's skin, scalp, and hair may respond differently, Astous Naturals does not offer refunds for:

  • Allergic reactions

  • Ingredient sensitivities

  • Personal preferences regarding scent, texture, consistency, or appearance

  • Dissatisfaction due to expected results not being achieved

We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full use.

Digital Products

All digital products, including eBooks, guides, downloadable resources, and educational materials, are non-refundable and non-returnable due to their immediate accessibility after purchase.
