All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. During high-volume periods, sales, holidays, product launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time

After your order has been shipped, please allow approximately 5–14 business days for delivery depending on your location and carrier delays.

Domestic & International Shipping

Astous Naturals proudly ships throughout the United States and worldwide. International shipping times may vary based on customs processing, destination country, and local postal services.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Astous Naturals is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Astous Naturals is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
